As of a few weeks ago I've been working on improving my Power Clean for the tryouts as it is one of the test events they look for. I haven't worked with the barbell for a long time, really haven't had the need to so I haven't bothered much with them until now. Olympic lifts have never really been my strong point so my form isn't the most efficient, it's why I find doing video's like this to be helpful.

Just looking at the video I can see that my hips are too high and that I am lacking in the pull. The shoulders aren't shrugging and helping launch the bar. Lot's of work is ahead to make this look reputable if that is even possible for me.
