Perform each Clubbell exercise for 4 minutes followed by a 1 minute break in between each Clubbell exercise.
A: Side Swing - 1 x 4 min
B: Double Swipe - 1 x 4 min
C: Gamma Cast - 1 x 4 min
D: Diagonal Crunch Get Up - 1 x 4 min
E: Drop Step Lunge - 1 x 4 min
