Kettlebell Snatch 8: The Full Kettlebell Snatch


What makes the kettlebell snatch so difficult is that all the positive lifting of the exercise should be done in one fluid motion. This can be a challenge to get down when you are first learning, so this page show the complete kettlebell snatch from start to finish.
Some points to note when checking your form are your fluidity and your catching. The entire exercise should be a single, fluid movement. If it isn't, then you are doing it wrong. But also, your catching should not damage your wrists. If it is, then you have to punch through better in order to slow the bell down before it connects with your wrist.
