MACH 10 WORKOUT: KETTLEBELL HOLD SET

Holding a weight in position for a period of time is easy, right? WRONG! Especially when you combine a variety of kettlebellholds into 3 minute torture sets! Make sure you keep a lighter weight around for when you fail. Be sure to maintain good posture throughout each movement.

Quick Workout Instructions

Perform the holding exercise on each side before progressing to the next movement. No rest in between exercises, and 30 seconds rest in between rounds.
A1: Overhead Lockout – 2 rounds x 30 sec each side
A2: Rack Hold – 2 rounds x 30 sec each side
A3: Farmer Hold – 2 rounds x 30 sec each side
