Workout Summary
Battle Ropes were originally utilized as a conditioning tool exclusively for the MMA and later, other elite level athletes. This Battle Ropes Workout lets you join their ranks. The Battle Rope is one of the few training implements which can, and should be used by both elite athletes and beginners. Do to the nature of this workout, the difficulty level has exponential growth and an ability to build core strength, improve core-to-extremity strength, and aerobic capacity simultaneously. Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in Group A before resting. Once completed rest as needed and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
A1. Battle Ropes Double Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A2. Battle Ropes Alternating Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A3. Battle Ropes In & Out Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A4. Battle Ropes Side to Side Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A5. Battle Ropes Side to Side Skater Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A2. Battle Ropes Alternating Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A3. Battle Ropes In & Out Waves – 5 rounds x 30 sec
