Fill a PVC pipe with about 60-80% with water. Exercise with it. Suffer. (loc 2704)

• Specs: weight 17.5kg, diameter 10-15cm, length 280cm

Awesome – I gotta try that. Some design values below – the value tabled is the weight in kg. Note that the length is the length (or height, as the case may be) of the water column, not the PVC pipe. So if the PVC pipe is 300cm and it is 2/3 filled, then the length to use is 200cm. So if the diameter is 10cm then the weight is 15.71kg
