If you have never performed the bent press, you don’t know what you are missing. It is an awesome lift that works a lot of muscle and takes a lot of skill to master. When I took the RKC back in 2004 and learned to do the bent press, I found it to be a very tough lift for me.
But over time I stripped the lift down and found how to rebuild my bent press by following a set program.
For me the bent press was always difficult due to old back and shoulder injuries. Through trial and error I was able to find a way that I could build my bent press up safely and effectively.
On many fitness forums I have noticed that time and again the question comes up as to how to perform this lift correctly.
I highly reccommend this lift to any one who wants to get stronger and tougher.
But before you begin trying to tackle the bent press there are some other lifts you should learn, such as the one arm press, side press and windmill.
A lot of people get confused about the differences between the side and bent press. There are actually three versions of the side press. I cover all three in this digital product.
So if you would like to explore these lifts and experience for yourself the benefits they provide, but are not sure how to proceed, I’ve created a program just for you.
Click on the products link above and then click on Secrets to Mastering the Bent Press-Product Details to learn more and to check out the table of contents.
If you purchase this digital product, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. It is over 100 pages of detailed pictures and information on how to master the bent press and those supporting lifts that go right along with it.
I’ve included a few pictures here, in this article, to give you an idea of what you will find in this program. It is highly detailed and took several months of hard work and a lot of thought to put together.
