The second part of the Tacfit Barcelona workshop, was about learn how to use and swing a clubbell!
we use dumbbells regularly in the gym, we know that black cannonball originally form Russia called kettlebell, do we really need this new, old heavy tools that make you look like a mob in a gangster movie?
The answer is " Yes we Do "
Enter the Clubbell :
Clubbells are originally from India, but you can trace them in Ancient Persian during the strongman competition. They were used like conditioning tool for martial art. In 1862 Indian Clubs (similar to Clubbells) were brought to USA. For some reason they felt into disuse until they were recently discovered and brought to new light by Scott Sonnon.

Clubbells are the perfect tools to :
- Lose weight
- Build muscles
- increase joints strength
- increase grip strength
- obtain great shoulder mobility and stability
- develope rotatory cuff strength

The key word guys ,it's mobility!The more mobility you have the better your performance, the younger you stay, the less injury you'll suffer. And Clubbell it's the perfect tool in this realm.
