All the clubs start from pieces kiln dried lumber. This wood is then glued and clamped together to make what ever size pieces are necessary to be turned into clubs. A lot of wood must be removed from each blank to acquire the proper shape as well as weight for each wooden club.

Clubs leave the turning process and then are sanded and finished individually by hand.
