CHAMPION KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING WORKOUT


 

Workout Summary

The Champion Kettlebell Conditioning Workout is a high-intensity endurance workout using circuit training followed by short periods of rest. This Kettlebell workout will increase work capacity as well as conditioning. By combining all out effort with short periods of rest a more effective workout than traditional steady-state cardio is created, not to mention blasting fat! The Champion Kettlebell Conditioning Workout finishes with an intense interval of Double Kettlebell Clean & Jerks that will generate an afterburn effect lasting several hours after completing the workout!

Workout Instructions

Perform all Kettlebell exercises as a circuit with as little rest as possible, after completing each Kettlebell round in group A, rest 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Finish the Kettlebell conditioning workout with Double Kettlebell Clean & Jerks for 8 rounds of 30 seconds on/30 seconds off.
A1: Double Kettlebell Swing – 8 rounds x 5 reps.
A2: Double Kettlebell High Pull – 8 rounds x 5 reps.
A3: Double Kettlebell Half Snatch – 8 rounds x 5 reps.
B1: Double Kettlebell Clean & Jerk – 8 rounds x 30 seconds.
